About the Event
The Grace Team Events invites all international food, wine, Boo Fest, and specialty item vendors to join this exciting event that will not only be memorable, but patrons and vendors alike will have fun and gain prizes and benefits for participating. The theme is based on a Halloween backdrop, and we expect all vendors to have a candy station available for patrons. The site is the Manatee Island Riverfront Esplanade, located at 249 N. Beach Street, Daytona Beach, Florida, 32114. We have designed our layout for efficiency, safety, and ease of access for both vendors and patrons alike and for them to enjoy the ambience of the site. More than 100 vendors and 25 vendors can be accommodated, and over 5,000 patrons.
This is expected to be a sold-out event, so be prepared to have your booth demonstrate the business or interest that you represent, including your décor, music, banners, flags, dance, artifacts, handouts, giveaways, information collection, etc., in a clear display. We invite vendors to also have various fun activities at their booth and to have giveaways for guests. There is a live band, several activities, a kid’s zone with bouncy houses, carnival rides and a petting zoo, flash dancers, and a tribute to Michael Jackson.
Complete the Vendor Application on the link below and submit your form with the size of booth you are interested in and we will work with you directly to get the optimum value for your participation.
